Participating member agencies will share their experience so far, what they considered before joining, what they are learning, and how collaboration across organizations may help strengthen nonprofit capacity across West Texas. 

This session is designed as an open conversation, not a sales presentation. Rural nonprofit leaders are invited to bring questions, share realities from their own communities, and explore whether collective solutions could help support the people who make mission work possible.
