Joni A. Hires

Joni Hires serves as the Executive Director of the FMH Foundation, where she leads strategic
initiatives to support nonprofit agencies in the Permian Basin. Joni has a background in
healthcare through her work at Pfizer, where she gained valuable experience in pharmaceutical
operations and patient advocacy. She holds a degree in Management from Texas Christian
University, which equipped her with the leadership and organizational skills that have defined
her career. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Gary,
who is the IT Director at MSS. Together, they share a commitment to the nonprofit sector in
contributing to their respective fields with dedication and expertise. They love to travel in their
spare time.
